Project EAGLE Early Head Start's program options are caring and responsive to individual family needs and wants. Families are eligible for the home-based model or enhanced center-based model of services. When a family is eligible for the enhanced center-based model, parents select a childcare site from a list of providers that work in partnership with Project EAGLE and meet the Head Start Performance Standards.
