Families have the option of participating in the two visit process in their home or at the Project EAGLE office. During the first visit, Connections staff and the family work together as a team to decide what services might be of help to the family. Connections staff provides the family with the information they need to connect to the right agency. During the second visit, the Connections staff follows-up with the family to see how satisfied they are with their referrals and Connections process.
